Do I need an appointment?
Your free consultation is the appointment, and it happens by phone. Call, text, email, or use the intake form to get started with Kurt; he consults the NP as needed.
How does pickup work?
Pickup is at 2660 W. Kilgore Ave., Muncie, IN 47304. Contact the clinic first to confirm the item, timing, and any clinical requirements.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery covers East Central Indiana plus Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Avon, and Plainfield—generally locations within about a 90-minute drive of Muncie. Contact the clinic to confirm delivery timing and any fee for your location.
Do you charge for consultations?
No. Consultations about diet, exercise, and medication guidance are free. You only pay for any medications or products supplied.
Are there medical requirements?
GLP-1 medications and peptides require clinical screening. Kurt will explain the process and consult the NP as needed for the option you are considering.
